Akshay Mutalikdesai

I am a professionally trained Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Currently, I am employed as a Software Engineer at Accenture, boasting a cumulative experience of 5.5 years. My expertise lies in SAP ABAP on HANA, and during my tenure on a specific project, I acquired skills in Informatica Cloud, which sparked my interest in logistics and supply chain operations.

My work primarily revolves around ERP, ETL systems, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), which are extensively used for data transfer between warehouses and ERP systems. I find great satisfaction in designing processes that handle data pertaining to order-to-cash, purchasing, procurement, and finance domains. Looking ahead, my ambition is to venture into the operations, supply chain, and logistics domain, where I can take on challenging roles and contribute significantly to my company's success.

As a person, I consider myself an ambivert, comfortable working independently while also enjoying collaborative teamwork. Over the past two years, I have successfully led a team, and I strongly believe that independence fosters creativity and the exploration of new ideas, both of which are crucial in this industry. Beyond my professional interests, I am passionate about music, football, reading, and traveling. These hobbies enrich my life and provide a well-rounded perspective to my pursuits.
